We reserve the right to decline or remove listings where a professional is not HPCSA-registered, information is inaccurate or misleading, or the listing falls outside our current service scope. We will notify affected parties as soon as reasonably possible.

3. Bookings and Appointments

When you submit an appointment request through our Site, you will be asked to provide details about your hearing concerns. A confirmation will be sent to the contact details you provide. Appointment scheduling is subject to the availability of the relevant professional. All information provided must be accurate and complete.

4. Limitation of Liability

HearFix acts as a directory and referral service only. We are not a healthcare provider. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or Services, nor are we responsible for the clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by any listed professional.
