We receive your request and collect the information needed to assist you.
2. We connect you with a qualified practitioner
Your details are shared with a nearby, independent, HPCSA-registered hearing-care professional.
3. You attend your hearing check
The practitioner performs your assessment, explains your results and discusses possible next steps.
4. You receive ongoing support
If support is needed, your practitioner outlines suitable solutions — including demos or trials— and guides you through after-care and follow-up.
